Nov 5 Election Update

News.

Things are not going to well for the vulgar ignorant buffoon, Antifa Don Trump.

Counter-Currents

@NewRightAmerica

Trump was elected twice, once as a populist, once as a Republican, proving my thesis that he did not HAVE to go populist to win. He chose to, even though it put him at war with his own party as well as the Dems.

But why did he go Republican this time?

What are your thoughts?

My thoughts are that you are a fundamentally dishonest vile horror.

First, Trump officially has not been “elected twice.” True, the Democrats are trying to steal the 2020 election, and unofficially, you can say Trump was “elected twice,” but if the fat fraud hadn’t betrayed his base, he wouldn’t have lost White (male) vote percentages, and he could have won, officially, fairly easily, and all the chaos could have been avoided.

Second, and more importantly, you cannot compare 2016 to 2020. In 2016, Trump was one candidate among many in a crowded Republican field, and he needed to distinguish himself from the established Neocon Republicans. In 2020, he is the incumbent, with people desperate to avoid a Biden-Harris Presidency.

The uncertain chaos of 2020 with Trump trying to be re-elected as an incumbent in no way “proves” that Trump would have won the nomination, or the general election, in 2016 with the platform of 2020.

Indeed, what do we see?  A right-wing populist Trump – or at least a fraud pretending to be such a populist – emerges from the 2015-2016 Republican crowd, and, with a solid base of support from White men and married White women, wins the nomination and, in a stunning upset, the general election. In 2020, an incumbent President Trump, pandering to non-Whites, a Trump who has spit in the face of his base for four years, a Trump running as a more mainstream Republican, loses White male support, and is likely on track to LOSE the election, unless there is a miracle of Arizona flipping back “red” and the ballot fraud from Philadelphia and Atlanta not reversing Trump’s hold on PA and GA.

If Trump had run as a populist in 2020, and had a record to back him up, he would have  won in such an obvious fashion as to make ballot fraud irrelevant. Therefore, being a populist is a key to Trump’s success, it was definitely absolutely required when he was a “political nobody” in 2015-2016, and his abandonment of his populist pretense lost him White support and has endangered his Presidency.

So – of course and we cannot be surprised – Johnson is wrong (after all, they are always, always wrong) and Sallis is correct.

Once again, let us consider Trump.  It is entirely possible that the man has some vague civic nationalist law and order impulses. Thus, illegal immigration offends him precisely because it is illegal and lawbreakers are being allowed to break the law with impunity and in fact are being rewarded for it. His taste in women reflects some innate preference with respect to racial aesthetics. He may prefer the racial status quo he grew up with – a majority White America with a large Black minority and other prominent minority groups. He may well also have a very general sense of “America First.” But, that is as far as it goes. He has no real underlying ideology or commitment to a cause. He is certainly not going to sacrifice his own interests to any cause. His attachment to even a milquetoast civic nationalism is so weak that it can be easily misdirected or forgotten whenever Jared or Lindsey or Mitch or a wealthy Jewish donor whispers something in his ear.  He is a New York billionaire whose entire life, entire career, has been one of elite connections and celebrity associations; he is at heart no populist, never was one, and the pretense of 2015-2016 was a sham, easily discarded.

In essence Trump is an elitist with certain weak and vague civic nationalist preferences but with no real ideology and who hoodwinked Red State White America into thinking he was something he is not.

I was talking recently to a Trump supporter, someone who voted for Trump in both 2016 and 2020 and they told me that they hate Trump more than they do Biden.  Why?  Because Trump is, to them (and to me), a fraud and an idiot, someone who squandered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and spent four years tweeting, eating junk food, betraying his base, and pandering to people who did not vote for him – a complete disaster. That is the ultimate Trumpian legacy.

Interesting comments from Irish readers in response to another Anglocentric article from Der Movement.  Who was it who is always saying that Der Movement has nothing – absolutely nothing – to offer to White ethnics?  The micks obviously haven’t learned yet if they still believe that debating on “movement” blogs is going to get them anywhere – and if the go too far, they’ll be “banned” and called “insane.”  Watch it, Paddy, watch it. Don’t get too uppity to your Anglo betters!

See this. OK, when that happens, we’ll see what occurs. Meanwhile, in the real world, the Democrats are stealing the election, with the full support of establishment Republicans.

But, hey, no worries. Jeff Bezos is going to realize his “Nordic ancestry,” put on a horned helmet, and, wielding Thor’s hammer, come to our rescue.  Expecting that is the sort of sober “movement” “leadership” that has led us to our current state.

There is some truth here.  But it has one majestic flaw.  Whatever opportunities that may emerge from this election will be utterly squandered by the incompetent “movement” and its failed affirmative action “leadership.”  People like Hood who enable this “leadership” are also to blame. The only justifiable reason to do a podcast or livestream with, say, Johnson, is to debate, challenge, and refute him. But to go online with him and go along with the gaslighting and stupidity is simply unforgiveable. So Hood can write his long “white pill” essays, but as long as we have the likes of Johnson in charge, nothing lasting of use will get accomplished.

Incompetents, gaslighters, grifters, and clowns - that is not the stuff of dissident leadership.
