The patent is saying here that scores calculated from information from electronic devices (outside of the body, not "vaccine chips") are used to determine who should be vaccinated first; here, the vaccination is occurring AFTER the electronic monitoring - the monitoring is NOT from a "vaccine chip," you paranoid dumbass.
