Thanks, Mr. Seeber. I take responsibility for hiring the nutters and have been paying the price for it. In December 2014 we had to have someone, preferably someone who was trustworthy, on the WV property, and fast. Volunteers were scarce with so few Alliance members at the time, especially with winter coming on and the facilities in shambles. David Pringle and his fiancee Laura Lee have been getting settled on The Land now for over a month and are whipping the place back into shape. Theirs is the presence we’ve been needing on site for a long while. Before they arrived, it was like, you work with who is available, not with who you wish you have.

He takes responsibility.  Very well. However, apart from personally paying a price for it, what are the organizational-wide consequences for it?  None that I can see.  As far as “the facilities in shambles” and “few Alliance members at the time” whose fault is that?  The NA has been in existence for decades, it was getting a steady stream of revenue in the Pierce days, and after that, there’s nothing to show for it. They'll blame it on Gliebe - see more about that below.

Exactly the opposite of the attitude that proper leadership would have.  The proper attitude should be – “if you don’t have who you wish you had, then postpone your projects and prioritize recruiting precisely those people that you really need and wish for.”

And how was this sorry state reached?  Some answers are perhaps here.  In all cases, emphasis added.

"Pierce loved Erich and kind of protected him," says David Pringle, a former Alliance membership coordinator. "He would always sing Erich's praises."

Good judgment there Pierce.  After all, someone of German ancestry – father a WWII soldier no less! – who fought as “the Aryan Barbarian” has all the requisite attributes for “movement” leadership. Heil!

And Pierce was a good man to know. By the time he died in 2002, his organization constituted the elite of the white-power movement. The Alliance was earning more than $1 million a year and was considered "one of the leading institutions of the radical right in the Western hemisphere," according to the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which monitors hate groups.

There was money.  Der Movement has always had money.  It’s just squandered by the Quota queens.

But the good times didn't last.

Who would have ever guessed?

Pierce died unexpectedly from a swift strike of cancer and kidney failure. On his deathbed, he appointed Gliebe to the board of directors. It ensured his protégé a leading role in the Alliance.

Good judgment there Pierce.  Having the most pathetically abysmal judgment imaginable is a prerequisite for “movement” leadership.  

Shortly after Pierce was gone, three board members gathered in a cottage in West Virginia, sipping coffee. Fearing that the cause would lose momentum, they wanted to name a new leader fast.

Sure!  For a decision of this magnitude, make it fast, fast, fast – while sipping on your coffee. All you had to do was follow the Great Man’s recommendation, right?  What could go wrong?  Just throw prudence and deliberation out the window. But, hey, I though prudence and deliberation were defining characteristics of the big-brained Inner Hajnals?

It wasn't an easy sell. Who wants to move to an isolated compound in West Virginia, three dozen miles from the nearest Wal-Mart?

Indeed.  That’s where the worldwide White Revolution is being organized.  Indoor plumbing optional.

Gliebe volunteered. Or rather, he raised his hand and said, "Me, me, me, me!" according to Robert DeMarais, who attended the meeting.

Who could resist?

Gliebe himself had a reputation as a ladies' man. At one point, he claimed to have six girlfriends at the same time, according to Pringle. When asked about these rumors, Gliebe just laughs and looks flattered as his wife denies them.

Six at the same time?  Gee…Pierce just had his serial monogamy with the Eastern European mail order brides.

"I've always been able to get our message out to females," he says.

The message or something else?

Erika was one woman who didn't need convincing. She met Erich in the fall of 2004 after she called the Alliance to complain about being banned from the Resistance Records online chat room. The two instantly hit it off. On one of their first dates, they danced around a cemetery in Atlanta, where Erika used to live.

“Danced around a cemetery.”  But they’re racially pure and superior, and don’t you forget it!

But Erika's modeling experience and her stripping job at Atlanta's infamous Gold Club didn't sit well with Alliance members. Rumors flew that Erika had danced for black athletes and that the club was owned by a Jew.

Gliebe never understood the furor.

Sure. What’s wrong with the partner of the leader of “worldwide White Revolution” working as a stripper? Who can understand the furor?

"In the real world, I'd be a hero for marrying a Playboy model," he says.

Glad to see he has enough sense to know that the NA has nothing at all to do with “the real world.”

"The Alliance had purchased more than $50,000 worth of swastika-soled boots, supposedly made in China. The boots were meant to be a moneymaker for the Alliance, which also sells books, magazines, jewelry, and tank tops. Pringle called them a waste of money; Gliebe calls them a "great investment."

With that outstanding success, victory is just around the corner. After all, swastika-soled boots, made by Chinese slave labor, are the last and final ingredient required to attract those 250,000 new NA members!  This is the sort of imaginative and strategic visionary leadership that has led Der Movement to the precipice of Total Victory!  Heil!

He says that race-mixing led to the fall of the Roman Empire -- never mind its economic woes or military failures -- and that the founders of India's ancient civilization were white.

But of course.  But – ah! – the racially pure and high quality NA leadership has proven their genetically encoded superiority time and again!  The William Pierce Memorial Statue awaits!  How tall shall it be?
