Consider two ethnies X and Y. Assume X is significantly admixed and Y is relatively unmixed. If X is used as a reference population in ancestry testing, then other members of X who get tested and who have ancestry profiles similar to the X reference samples will get results of close to, or at, 100% X. Further, if X is considered part of racial group A, then X members who are tested will be considered close to, or at, 100% A – even though they are in fact admixed. On the other hand, if Y is NOT included as a reference sample, then Y members who are tested will be represented as mixtures of groups that ARE in the reference database. Thus, X members who are in reality significantly admixed will rant about their “purity” while looking askance at Y members who seem admixed but who are actually not.

Shh…don’t tell Der Movement.

Carlson on the Great Replacement.  I admit not fully understanding what’s going on with Carlson.  If he was just “controlled opposition” why mention the Great Replacement, and take the chance of triggering Suvorov’s Law via the legitimization of WN discourse?  A cynical view would be that a “right-wing” Jewish-Globalist faction is disturbed by the destabilizing rate of rapid demographic change and the extreme “woke” agenda, worrying that the USA is falling apart faster than expected, that the New Colored Majority won’t be beholden to Jewish interests as are pliable Whites, and that the Trump 2016 victory has raised the bogeyman of a (albeit very unlikely) significant White backlash.  So, they are willing to take the risk of stirring up White agitation in the hopes of warning the “left-wing” faction of the Jewish-Globalist establishment that they should slow down and stop “boiling the frog” so quickly.  Of course, Carlson may just be a sincere independent operator, but cynicism reigns supreme in 2021 America.

Treason can’t be undone. Once a traitor, always a traitor.

That German female is a typical Herrenvolk – they make a mistake and then project that unto other people who have absolutely nothing to do with. That race traitor should be banned from racially aware White society.

The Heide case is a test for Der Movement. Let us consider together. Der Movement is Jew-obsessed; according to Der Movement Jews are not White, Jews are THE enemy, they obsess over the possibility of this or that person having any Jewish ancestry whatsoever, they say that White-Jewish mating is race-mixing, they see Jews in every corner - blaming Jews for everything and saying that everything is a Jewish conspiracy. Whether or not I agree or disagree with any of that is immaterial here, the point is that Der Movement fervently believes it. Very well. What will they now do after their darling Heide has not only admitted having a "half"-Jewish husband, but was actually working on the "White dating site" when still married to the Jew? Will the Herrenvolk darling get a pass? Of course she will.

Besides the criticisms of the Amren poll already cited in my post, the methodology leaves something to be desired.  How can you know whether the people in the online poll are being honest about being White?  Is there a mechanism to limit one polling per person?  

Assuming the self-identification and poll-taking are honest: Why not break the data down by ethnicity and religion?

Also note how much more “racially liberal” White women are compared to men.

But my major criticism remains – if you are going to ask questions about healthcare, nuclear power, and other such peripheral issues, why not ask questions that have real-world actionable political implications for pro-White activism, focusing on the reasons that White “racial conservatives” do not support explicit racialist pro-White activism?

Or is that the Quota Queens are afraid to ask such questions because they might not like the answers?

That Etruscan paper writes:

So, on the one hand, the original Etruscans were similar to modern Spaniards in PCA, but on the other hand, Spain underwent similar population turnovers. Without further explanation, that doesn't make much sense.

My explanation (other than that the authors have an axe to grind) is that either the founding Iberian population was an extreme WHG outlier or something else extreme and/or that PCA comparisons are one-sided. In other words, being separated in PCA does imply that groups have different ancestries, but overlapping in PCA does NOT mean that groups have the same ancestries. Similar combinations of gene frequencies along two axes could occur via different demographic processes. I've seen global PCA that have South Asians and Latin Americans in similar positions, due to intermediate positioning between European and Asian/Amerindian axes. In the former it's due to gene frequency clines (and possibly ancient admixture between Iranics, Dravidians, and East Asians) and in the latter case, more recent European-Amerindian admixture. The two populations are in no way really similar.

Also in that paper, the PCA that they like to use (despite flaws) shows the Imperial samples as overlapping modern Southeastern European populations, yet they persist in labeling those as not only "east Mediterranean" but "Near Eastern."

Notice that the Etruscan paper is essentially a German production, with some Italian "junior partners" scurrying along?  Data are one thing (although the data can be controlled via choice of methodology, so even that is not purely objective), but the interpretation is another. There's a subtext there of "mongrel Italy" being "revitalized" by "Germanic blood." One can compare this Etruscan paper to the earlier paper on Ancient Rome.  The overall findings are similar, but the tone is quite different. While the earlier paper suffered from some of the same methodological flaws as the recent one, and also had an underlying "mass migration is normal" SJW tone, it was still more restrained in its interpretations, and lacked the ethnocentric tone as the newer one, which reads in places as if it was at least edited by (if not written by) Gunther-Pierce-Kemp et al.  Again, the overall findings are really no different than what was described here for Rome, yet it has the subtext that I described above.  It would seem that the same ethnic conflicts that occurred on the battlefields of the ancient world are now again playing out in the pages of scientific journals.

Indeed, now that the "the original Romans and Etruscans were Nordic" has been debunked, and despite data associating many of the Imperial samples with present-day Southeastern Europeans, we now observe the narrative shifted to that of "mongrel Italy" being "revitalized" by "Germanic blood."  Of course, in a scientific journal in the year 2021, it is not explicitly stated as such, but comparing the restrained language of the Rome paper to the Prussian bombast of the Etruscan one, the underlying implications are clear.

I make no guarantees that this is accurate.  But, assuming it is, we note which present-day populations are most genetically similar to those of the Classical World.  Note that the Nordic areas of Northern Europe are not genetically similar to the Classical populations.  And while the Imperial period shows increased similarity to the Levant/Near East, the bottom is that all of the periods of the Classical world centers its greatest genetic similarity on Southern Europe, from Spain to Greece (and Crete/Cyprus).  There were shifts in emphasis but it is centered on Southern Europe.
