Against the Amren Asian Argument

A riposte.

Some try to justify the slavish Asian-worship at American Renaissance (Amren) by asserting that Amren is simply arguing that the fact that Asians have a high IQ and are so successful in America refutes the idea that "America is a White supremacist country and that IQ tests are biased in favor of Whites." In other words, the success of Asians "proves" that Negro failure is due to Negro deficiencies, not because of "White supremacy" or pro-White bias.  Further, it is asserted that this is an effective argument and we should support Amren in making it.

Does this argument actually convince anyone other than those who already believe in it? Blacks and the Left will simply counter-argue that Negro failure is due to a specific "legacy of slavery" and the "history of Jim Crow" and "400 years of White racism attacking Black bodies." The Hereditarian Left, so beloved of Devlin, will argue that Negro deficiencies mean that we need to do more to help Blacks. Asians will be outraged that they are being "fetishized" as "model minorities" and that "White racists" are "using Asians" to "disrupt the solidarity of oppressed peoples of color" (a group that includes both Blacks and Asians). Cuckservatives will argue that Blacks simply need to adopt the "hard-working culture of Asians."  Moderates and many "good Whites" in general will just "point and sputter," denounce the Amren argument as "racist," make excuses for Blacks, and use social pricing to punish those who aver that Negro deficiencies are innate and heritable. As regards White people on the Right who already accept the idea of important heritable racial differences, the Amren argument will convince those Whites that Asians are their superior, we need more Asian immigration, and White-Asian intermarriage is good. The Amren argument is profoundly destructive; it is so obviously destructive that one wonders why it is being constantly promoted.

A friend of this blog, posting on Gab, suggested that one reason why the Herrenvolk supported affirmative action for Blacks and Hispanics was to impede the upward mobility of White ethnics, who lived in urban areas and competed with Coloreds for positions and whose upward mobility was seen as a threat to Herrenvolk socioeconomic and political power and dominance.

Is something similar happening in Der Movement? Now, I don't want to be an "insane paranoid piece of crap" but haven't you noticed that HBD, which says that White ethnics are stupid, became popular among Herrenvolk in Der Movement at the same time that significant numbers of White ethnics started joining Der Movement? Is the promotion of HBD a way of stifling the upward mobility of White ethnics in the "movement?" Is defaming White ethnics as stupid mongrels a way of ensuring continued Quota Queen affirmative action dominance in pro-White activism?

There's also the possibility that personal aesthetic preferences play a role here as well.  Some folks undoubtedly prefer to hobnob with erudite Jews like Weissberg or with "smart" Asians like "Rosie" than with uncouth White ethnics like Sallis.
