Something VERY strange is going on with Amren and Counter-Currents. I'm not sure yet what it is, but eventually all these things come out, whatever they are, whether it is just plain plagiarism, people writing under different names at both forums, some other sort of deep communication, or is possible that these types are such dogmatic conformists that such perfectly overlapping theses are actually independent coincidences?

If MacDonald his right, then his favorite ethnoracial groups are unsuitable for leadership in pro-White politics, because of their innate high-trusting, individualistic, pathological altruism that results in groveling to non-Whites. If MacDonald is wrong, and Sallis is right, then those same ethnoracial groups are still unsuitable for leadership in pro-White politics because of Racial Proximity Theory that results in their groveling to non-Whites. If both are wrong, it still doesn't matter, because whatever the explanation, those groups are prone to grovel to non-Whites and therefore are unsuitable for leadership in pro-White politics. So, in all circumstances, the High Trusters are unsuitable for leadership in pro-White politics.

We are told that High Truster societies would be orderly, productive, safe, and well-run if only there weren't all of those Colored migrants and their posterity around to ruin it all. OK, fair enough. But what if the presence of all of those Colored migrants and their posterity is an innate part of High Trustism? What if the wonderfully high trust cognitive suite that creates those orderly societies also makes the native majority crave the presence of Coloreds and makes them crave to debase themselves before those Coloreds? What if "diversity" is a feature and not a bug of High Trustism? That is in fact one area of agreement between the MacDonald and Sallis views - that High Trusters will inevitably grovel to Color. MacDonald says that it is from high trust altruistic individualism and Sallis says it is from Racial Proximity Theory, but the end result is the same. In a world of rapid international travel of movement of peoples, there will inevitably be Color with High Trusters. And because of the recent historical preeminence of High Trusters and their political domination of the "West" that means that Color will infiltrate into the South and East of Europe as well, as it is doing. High Trusters not only wreck their own societies with Color, but force others to do the same.

Long time readers may wonder why I now mock Brexit when I originally supported it. That's because how it turned out. Brexit would have been worth it if the UK had stopped all Colored immigration and had moved to the Right on issues like law and order and free speech. But, no. Instead they did the opposite, flooding the country with more Coloreds and being more hysterically "woke." That strongly suggests that the real motivation for Brexit was Racial Proximity Theory all along, and not a principled opposition to globalism and mass immigration as I so naively believed at the time.

Second, as outlined here he has in fact endorsed Europeans waging war against each other and engaging in ethnic cleansing. Thus, he's a hypocrite pretending he's against such in his latest screed. Third, ethnonationalism is such a potent force that some of its adherents can't even practice it in their own lives, colonizing other people's countries, and that includes past and present Counter-Currents writers.

I can give my take on the war and can be brief. While I have sympathy for the Ukrainian people's struggle for independence, and their rightful distrust of Russia, I see both sides as wrong. The war is between Trad Vlad's Hapa Eurasianism vs. Ukrainian nationalists being hoodwinked yet again (as in 2014) to serve Jewish-Globalist interests. The war is a catastrophe for everyone and needs to be settled via diplomacy. My opinion of Trad Vlad is well known, but I just can't wrap my head around Ukrainians having a Jew President after what was done to them in the Holodomor. Russia has legitimate grievances and was ill-treated by the West after the collapse of the Soviet Union. On the other hand, Eastern Europeans, including and especially Ukrainians, have strong reasons to want to be outside the Russian orbit. Russia should have been allowed to join NATO 30 years ago. Russia should be looking to the East and South for their real enemies, not West.

I got some bad news for Der Retard Right who believe that a possible Supreme Court decision, re: affirmative action (in school admissions, focused on Asians, because who cares about Whites?) will actually change anything. The schools (and other pro-quota entities) will just do a work around (as they've been doing even now to get around restrictions on using race-only). Ever hear of "holistic review?" All you got to do is destress, or eliminate, objective academic metrics, and instead stress "life experiences" and "a commitment to DEI" and you can fill your class up with ignorant apes. Problem solved.

Read the comments to this utterly moronic Counter-Currents article (yes I know that description is redundant). A few isolated glimmers of sanity in a sea of Dunphy-Stronza madness. The WN 3.0 mantra:

• Downward mobility is good. Let Jews and Asians dominate the professions. Counter-Currents can still get its D'Nations of course - why save for retirement? Everyone over 40 should just die anyway.

Some years ago, on another of my blogs, noting the discovery of some Arabic artifacts (coins, I believe) from Viking-era Scandinavia, I speculated on the possibility of “exotic” gene flow there, for which I was attacked by another (not Durocher in this case) individual, who also claimed (to another person) that there was no gene flow from Southern to Northern Europe for “10,000 years” (or some other similarly large number).

To which I now repeat my mantra, re: Der Movement:

Wrong, wrong, they’re always, always, always, always, ALWAYS wrong.

No doubt we will soon see an updated edition of March of the Titans, with added material on admixture in Scandinavia and on multicultural Vikings.

Seriously though, both sides here are wrong. The Right has always been wrong with their sweaty fetishism and their insistence on racial purity narratives; the Left is wrong when they use the discovery of genetic outliers and low level admixture to paint a false picture of a multicultural past that somehow justifies mass immigration today – as if the odd Dago or Asiatic in Viking-era Scandinavia justifies having Swedish cities of today becoming Afro-Asiatic war zones, or to mean that indigenous Scandinavians are not a relatively homogeneous North Germanic people. Both Right and Left are dishonest about race and ethnicity.

Of course, the results of that study will be being overblown for leftist, pro-immigration political reasons. However, the bottom line is that, whatever the past influx, ethnies are genetically distinct, and Scandinavians are a distinct Northern European Germanic group.  

Scandinavians are indeed a relatively homogeneous North Germanic people. It’s just that “relatively” is not the same as Der Movement’s “absolutely.”

This goes back to my essay on the racial purity myth. The issue is not one of purity but one of distinctiveness.  Europe and non-Europe are distinct from each other; more narrowly, Northern and Southern Europe are distinct from each other; Western and Eastern Europe are distinct from each other.

Distinct does not mean hermetically sealed; it does not mean “pure.” Gene flow, within reason, is compatible with distinctiveness.  Maybe at some point, the retarded “movement” will understand this, and be able to effectively respond to leftist mendacity with respect to the leftist cry of “see, you were always multicultural."  No. A single drop of black paint dropped into a 100 gallon drum of white paint is not the same as dumping 40 gallons of black paint into that same drum.

No worries, Greg, Ursus Major as well as Yockey would have considered your petty nationalism as disgusting treason.  It are the sins of ethnonationalists that Yockey died for.

Phenotypic Uncoupling

A small note on admixture.

I have probably written about this before, but let us consider a population A that contains low levels of "exotic" admixture from population X, from some time ago. Over the centuries, independent assortment and recombination will continuously uncouple, to a considerable extent, the association between alleles that code for X-like phenotypes and those other alleles that connote X ancestry, but which may not necessarily have any (obvious) phenotypic implications.

Now, if one were to consider large numbers of A – and certainly the population as a whole (compared to others) - there still may well be a general and approximate correlation between X ancestry and X phenotypes. But at the individual level, for individual As – or even small groups of As – the association will be to a significant extent uncoupled, so one can find an A who looks X but with less X ancestry than an A who looks more typically A, and vice versa.

Also, given the same processes of independent assortment and recombination, one would likely find individuals and families of A that have higher-than-normal concentrations of alleles encoding X phenotypic traits. This may well explain, e.g., extremely dark and strange looking Euro-swarthoids, or the Bromstad/Bjork types who look like they should be eating with chopsticks. One may also find individuals and families with more X ancestral markers and that observation may or may not be associated with, or uncoupled from, the X phenotypic alleles.

The bottom line is that with a small sample size “N” the correspondence between trace ancestry and phenotype (and let’s assume we are talking about physical appearance here) may be tenuous at best.  As “N” increases, the association may become stronger, but won’t be as perfect as it was immediately after the admixture event.

And the longer ago that event occurred, the more difficult it will be to detect, as X haplotypes are broken up, X-like genetic structure is disrupted – particularly in the cases where X traits (ancestry, phenotype) is due different allele frequencies compared to A, rather than to unique alleles (the latter case could still be detected over time, but truly unique ethnoracial alleles are relatively rare).

Now, these are the kinds of subtleties that will of course not find a home (“it’s sophistry, sophistry – although I couldn’t tell you why!”) within a “movement” that believes there is a line drawn in Europe (apparently painted on the ground) that, on one side, we find individuals and populations who are racially pure to the misty beginnings of time forever and ever amen, and, on the other side, we find individuals and populations who are cringing mongrelized subhumans.  All you have to do is step over that line and the difference is obvious – just don’t step on the line until the paint is dry or it will have to be repainted once again.

Greg Johnson thinks he’s being funny with the picture accompanying this post. He’s just revealing himself to be a passive aggressive buffoon. Rank-and-file activists certainly deserve better for their leadership cadre. Anyway, good to know though he’s reading this blog. Thanks for the heads up, Greg. I appreciate it, I really do.

With respect to whaling, it is my contention that civilized (White) men should have a respect, an affinity, for intelligent life.  Of course, when it comes to self-defense, war, and survival, killing intelligent life is necessary; humans have been doing so to each other since the beginning of our history.  However, whales are not attacking people; we are not at war with Moby Dick; and Scandinavian traditions and the Japanese hunger for whale meat do not equate to survival.  Eating dogs is part of Chinese tradition and Chinamen have a hunger for canine meat, so why not equate that with survival and excuse it, similar to how some excuse whaling?

I used to joke that a reason why the ETs in their flying saucers weren't landing publicly was that they were afraid of being mugged by Coloreds. Instead, perhaps it is that they are afraid of being harpooned by the Herrenvolk. Indeed, maybe this whole whaling controversy is clever trolling by the "ethnonationalists" to convince us that the differences between European types are too large to be bridged. Then again, opposition to whaling is fairly widespread throughout the White world, so there's that.

White men should leave whaling to the Japanese. Maybe the problem is that it is difficult to discern who is in fact Japanese.  Is it this fellow?  Or is it this one?  Confusion, confusion!

He and his “yes man” can’t think of any benefits of confederation. Gee…two people with identical views having a discussion about a controversial topic - and they come to an agreement!  Apparently, that’s the type of “sane” and “decent” debate Johnson is comfortable engaging in. The intellectual courage is breathtaking!  Free debate!  The spirit of intellectual inquiry!

Sovereignty!  Pan-Europeanism is “back to diversity!”  Sovereign ethnostates!   Great Greg. Let’s put John Morgan on trial for violating the sovereignty and homogeneity of Hungary. Let’s put Full Moon Ancestry and Anton on trial for turning Eastern Europe into a bordello. “Peace is better than war” – which is why Johnson advocates war and ethnic cleansing among Europeans (emphasis added):

Yukio Mishima and Der Movement

It’s no surprise.

Is it any surprise that Der Movement is fascinated by Japanese author and right-wing ultranationalist Yukio Mishima?

Mishima has something to offer to many different factions of Der Movement. He was Japanese, so the HBDers love him. The Silkers not only like Mishima because of his racial background, but because Mishima’s work Kyoko’s House reflects the very essence of Silk Road White nationalism:

Speaking of the sexual angle, Mishima was a homosexual (albeit one who had a wife and children while still being more or less openly gay) – note that Mishima’s self-destructive tendencies are consistent with his homosexuality (a la Forney’s analysis of homosexuality) - and as a bodybuilder no doubt titillates the gay faction of the Alt Right.

I don't know - maybe if Der Movement concentrated more on Codreanu and less on Mishima, it might learn something.  But, alas, the lure of debasing themselves before the Altar of Asia is too much - the Japanese man must have priority.  I'll note that it seems like Mishima fetishism in the "movement" rises and falls concomitantly with the interest in HBD; there's probably a cause-and-effect relationship there.

BACKGROUND:

The origin of the Etruscan civilization (Etruria, Central Italy) is a long-standing subject of debate among scholars from different disciplines. The bulk of the information has been reconstructed from ancient texts and archaeological findings and, in the last few years, through the analysis of uniparental genetic markers.

METHODS:

By meta-analyzing genome-wide data from The 1000 Genomes Project and the literature, we were able to compare the genomic patterns (>540,000 SNPs) of present day Tuscans (N = 98) with other population groups from the main hypothetical source populations, namely, Europe and the Middle East.

RESULTS:

Admixture analysis indicates the presence of 25-34% of Middle Eastern component in modern Tuscans. Different analyses have been carried out using identity-by-state (IBS) values and genetic distances point to Eastern Anatolia/Southern Caucasus as the most likely geographic origin of the main Middle Eastern genetic component observed in the genome of modern Tuscans.

CONCLUSIONS:

The data indicate that the admixture event between local Tuscans and Middle Easterners could have occurred in Central Italy about 2,600-3,100 years ago (y.a.). On the whole, the results validate the theory of the ancient historian Herodotus on the origin of Etruscans.

Let’s see:

1. That is consistent with the Etruscan sample in the Rome paper, assuming a reasonable amount of genetic continuity in non-Roman (by “Roman” here, I specifically mean the city itself, not the era) Italy.

2. This suggests that, contra Der Movement, in non-Roman Italy, certain ancestries that the fetishists ascribe to “Roman Empire-era slaves and migrants” or to “the Moops” may well have been present before the Empire, or before the Republic itself, and can be considered part of the native Italic population of pre-Roman Empire times.

The Predictable “movement” – antics that have a 100% certainty of occurring – once again runs true to form.  Let some article about Southern Europe appear and the crazed ethnic fetishists (*) come out to play.  Interestingly, none of these people have a problem with David “chopsticks” Bromstad looking more Asian than Yukio Mishima, or Bjork looking more like a geisha than a typical Japanese woman.  Just wave your hands around and say “Ladogan” and it’s all alright.

Richard Spencer (laughably) asserts that an obvious non-White mongrel like Markle can “pass for White or Italian” (those two categories being, obviously, separate and distinct).  The resident wop on the podcast, along with Spencer, ended up making a joke out of it all (one could almost hear Beavis and Butthead sniggering in the background), and the podcast went on, the small faux paus of ethnic fetishism gently skipped over with a chuckle, akin to adults smiling when a toddler innocently passes gas in public.

Very well, everyone is entitled to their opinions on racial phenotypes, just as they are entitled to the glasses or corrective eye surgery that they so sorely require.  The irony though is that while these fellows decry that the “conversation moves in only one direction” – focusing on the hypocrisy between royal mores of the 1930s compared to today – they themselves exhibit the same tendencies to follow rigid trains of thought. How about moving the conversation about racial phenotypes in other directions?  If accusations of “ethnic fetishism” are thought to be unfair, then when are we going to hear Der Movement discuss how David Bromstad looks more Asian than Yukio Mishima, or how Bjork can pass as a Japanese Geisha?  Blasphemy!  Blasphemy!  Time to vandalize the Bromstad Wikipedia page with new lies about a “Chinese mother,” no doubt.

Critiquing Der Movement once again, I note the absence so far (apart from this blog) of commentary about Donald “Saturated Fats” Trump, the vacuum cleaner scarfing up piles of junk food like any typical obese American land whale, and his slavishly pro-Jewish Jerusalem ploy.  America First?  Laughable.  But all the “movement” heroes no doubt don’t want to dwell too much on this, as it would focus unwanted attention on their unrequited Trump lovefest, and their incurable “man on white horse syndrome.”

Siberia and Northwestern Russia are home to over 40 culturally and linguistically diverse indigenous ethnic groups, yet genetic variation and histories of peoples from this region are largely uncharacterized. We present deep whole-genome sequencing data (∼38×) from 28 individuals belonging to 14 distinct indigenous populations from that region. We combined these data sets with additional 32 modern-day and 46 ancient human genomes to reconstruct genetic histories of several indigenous Northern Eurasian populations. We found that Siberian and East Asian populations shared 38% of their ancestry with a 45,000-yr-old Ust’-Ishim individual who was previously believed to have no modern-day descendants. Western Siberians trace 57% of their ancestry to ancient North Eurasians, represented by the 24,000-yr-old Siberian Mal'ta boy MA-1. Eastern Siberian populations formed a distinct sublineage that separated from other East Asian populations ∼10,000 yr ago. In addition, we uncovered admixtures between Siberians and Eastern European hunter-gatherers from Samara, Karelia, Hungary, and Sweden (from 8000–6600 yr ago); Yamnaya people (5300–4700 yr ago); and modern-day Northeastern Europeans. Our results provide new insights into genetic histories of Siberian and Northeastern European populations and evidence of ancient gene flow from Siberia into Europe.

Perhaps some of that leaked into the David Bromstad and Bjork family lines. Actually, Bromstad would seem to be a solid candidate to be recruited by HopeNotHate for their next Alt Right infiltration.  Infiltrate the Nutzis as well.  And if the Alt Wrong mistake him for a high-IQ Chinaman, so much the better, although I suspect the Alt Wrong and the Nutzis, with their yellow fever, would be more prone to accept Bjork as an infiltrator.

In any case, the idea of absolute racial purity takes another hit, and the unscientific "hypodescent" paradigm, as applied to Old World demographics, is again shown to be untenable, unless all of Northeastern Europe is now to be considered "Asian."
