I challenge Sailer to name one well-known, prominent "White supremacist" who denies the cognitive capabilities of Jews as well as that of elite Asian immigrant stock.  Sailer is disgustingly mendacious - in other words, a HBDer.

Something VERY strange is going on with Amren and Counter-Currents. I'm not sure yet what it is, but eventually all these things come out, whatever they are, whether it is just plain plagiarism, people writing under different names at both forums, some other sort of deep communication, or is possible that these types are such dogmatic conformists that such perfectly overlapping theses are actually independent coincidences?

If MacDonald his right, then his favorite ethnoracial groups are unsuitable for leadership in pro-White politics, because of their innate high-trusting, individualistic, pathological altruism that results in groveling to non-Whites. If MacDonald is wrong, and Sallis is right, then those same ethnoracial groups are still unsuitable for leadership in pro-White politics because of Racial Proximity Theory that results in their groveling to non-Whites. If both are wrong, it still doesn't matter, because whatever the explanation, those groups are prone to grovel to non-Whites and therefore are unsuitable for leadership in pro-White politics. So, in all circumstances, the High Trusters are unsuitable for leadership in pro-White politics.

We are told that High Truster societies would be orderly, productive, safe, and well-run if only there weren't all of those Colored migrants and their posterity around to ruin it all. OK, fair enough. But what if the presence of all of those Colored migrants and their posterity is an innate part of High Trustism? What if the wonderfully high trust cognitive suite that creates those orderly societies also makes the native majority crave the presence of Coloreds and makes them crave to debase themselves before those Coloreds? What if "diversity" is a feature and not a bug of High Trustism? That is in fact one area of agreement between the MacDonald and Sallis views - that High Trusters will inevitably grovel to Color. MacDonald says that it is from high trust altruistic individualism and Sallis says it is from Racial Proximity Theory, but the end result is the same. In a world of rapid international travel of movement of peoples, there will inevitably be Color with High Trusters. And because of the recent historical preeminence of High Trusters and their political domination of the "West" that means that Color will infiltrate into the South and East of Europe as well, as it is doing. High Trusters not only wreck their own societies with Color, but force others to do the same.

Long time readers may wonder why I now mock Brexit when I originally supported it. That's because how it turned out. Brexit would have been worth it if the UK had stopped all Colored immigration and had moved to the Right on issues like law and order and free speech. But, no. Instead they did the opposite, flooding the country with more Coloreds and being more hysterically "woke." That strongly suggests that the real motivation for Brexit was Racial Proximity Theory all along, and not a principled opposition to globalism and mass immigration as I so naively believed at the time.

I can give my take on the war and can be brief. While I have sympathy for the Ukrainian people's struggle for independence, and their rightful distrust of Russia, I see both sides as wrong. The war is between Trad Vlad's Hapa Eurasianism vs. Ukrainian nationalists being hoodwinked yet again (as in 2014) to serve Jewish-Globalist interests. The war is a catastrophe for everyone and needs to be settled via diplomacy. My opinion of Trad Vlad is well known, but I just can't wrap my head around Ukrainians having a Jew President after what was done to them in the Holodomor. Russia has legitimate grievances and was ill-treated by the West after the collapse of the Soviet Union. On the other hand, Eastern Europeans, including and especially Ukrainians, have strong reasons to want to be outside the Russian orbit. Russia should have been allowed to join NATO 30 years ago. Russia should be looking to the East and South for their real enemies, not West.

I got some bad news for Der Retard Right who believe that a possible Supreme Court decision, re: affirmative action (in school admissions, focused on Asians, because who cares about Whites?) will actually change anything. The schools (and other pro-quota entities) will just do a work around (as they've been doing even now to get around restrictions on using race-only). Ever hear of "holistic review?" All you got to do is destress, or eliminate, objective academic metrics, and instead stress "life experiences" and "a commitment to DEI" and you can fill your class up with ignorant apes. Problem solved.

Read the comments to this utterly moronic Counter-Currents article (yes I know that description is redundant). A few isolated glimmers of sanity in a sea of Dunphy-Stronza madness. The WN 3.0 mantra:

• Downward mobility is good. Let Jews and Asians dominate the professions. Counter-Currents can still get its D'Nations of course - why save for retirement? Everyone over 40 should just die anyway.
• The enemy of Whites under 40 are Whites over 40 (no doubt older White ethnics are the worst). Generational Solidarity! Youngsters like Neil and Lipton are your allies against the White gerontocracy!
• We need to live at a 14th century standard of medical care. If you die of an "Infectious" (scare quotes - viruses don't exist) disease that means you are weak and deserve to die.

Der Movement is BY FAR the greatest enemy of Whites in existence because Der Movement will utterly repulse the types of normal, sane, and rational Whites required to actually achieve pro-White goals.

Of course, if your real goal is to be a grifter living off the D'Nations of followers because you've realized you threw away your life and career and you have no other options, then I suppose being a "movement" "leader" among such unfettered madness makes sense. Proof positive that Dunphy is full of shit - Mophead is an old White guy whose second wife is a much younger woman (what Jeelvy would term "mate poaching") and who has received hundreds of thousands of dollars/year in "executive compensation" from supporters for "running an Internet publication" (you know, more or less what I do for nothing). Greggy Tincup is in his early 50s, while Sammy Flanders and Kevin MacTruster are old enough to be Tincup's father, all three dominating Der Movement. And yet the cowardly little worm turd Dunphy has no criticism for any of that, no siree, but instead focuses his ire on regular older White folk who have worked hard for decades and now have a little bit of savings to show for it. What a hypocritical pathetic piece of shit this Dunphy is.

By the way, Dunphy will always be White but will one day be old (that is, if he unfortunately lives that long). I suppose that realization has not yet occurred to the single neuron bouncing around his skull that he mistakenly calls a "brain."

Admixture Atavism

A hypothesis.

Consider a population that has low level admixture from some intrusive racially distinct population or populations. If the admixture is low level, then it is possible that the majority of the population in question will not exhibit any obvious phenotypic signs of that admixture (*). However, certain individuals in that population may be “throwbacks” – “atavisms” – to the intrusive stock, looking similar to that intrusive population, likely because that individual happened to inherit a greater concentration of functional genes (e.g., for physical appearance) from intrusive groups. This greater concentration may be due to certain families being derived to a greater extent from the intrusive groups and/or the effects of meiotic recombination and independent assortment resulting in some individuals inheriting a greater proportion of certain genes compared to others in their families (and of their ethny).

The reappearance of traits associated with the phenotypes of the intrusive population(s) that contributed to the admixture is what I call an “admixture atavism.” Thus, the average person of the population will not show these traits, or will not show them to any marked degree, but these atavistic individuals will recapitulate, to a greater or lesser extent, the phenotype of one of the populations that became assimilated into the mass (via a genetic admixture event or a series of events).  Of course, the greater the extent of the admixture in the population, then the more frequent these atavisms will be and, perhaps, the stronger will be the recapitulated phenotype.

Would the phenotype be correlated to a genetic ancestry profile significantly different from co-ethnics that have the mainstream phenotype?  In some cases yes, but not always. In some cases (most cases?), there may be little to no correlation at all between the phenotypic atavism and the overall genetic ancestry. The farther back the admixture event occurred, the greater the chance that the functional genes will no longer will associated with markers of ancestry; haplotypes will be broken up through recombination, etc. Thus, if the functional genes become uncoupled from SNPs or SNP haplotypes that are markers of ancestry, then there may not be any real correlation between the atavism and overall genetic ancestry. 

In addition, if the admixture of the population is subsumed in that population’s use as a parental reference in admixture analysis (*), then an individual’s greater concentration of that admixture may not be readily identified, unless it was significantly higher than the mass of the population (this is assuming that functional genes and overall ancestry have not already been uncoupled from centuries of meiotic recombination and independent assortment). 

Does the phenomenon of admixture atavism explain individuals such as David Bromstad and Enrico Lo Verso?

*Consider - if “testing” uses the main population as a parental reference, so that members of that population are essentially being compared to themselves, then the admixture (particularly low level and ancient) is not going to show up, since that admixture is being considered as the baseline characteristics of the population itself. As a crude example, using a population that is heavily admixed, consider if Central Asians are evaluated against European and East Asian parentals – then the Central Asians would show up as an admixed, relatively equal blend of both parental populations. On the other hand, if the Central Asians themselves were a parental reference population, then Central Asians, compared to Central Asian parentals, would test out at, say, 95-100% Central Asian (5% differences due to individual variation and statistical error).  In this latter case, the same population (i.e., Central Asians), with the same genetics, would be "not admixed" simply because they are essentially being compared to themselves (i.e.,the admixed European-East Asian genepool is being "fixed" as "100% Central Asians").

In other words, if population "X" is used as a parental reference population for admixture analysis, then any prior admixture involved in the ethnogenesis of "X" will simply be considered "X" and not be detected in any tested individuals who are close to the reference "X" genotype. If a member of "X" has a significantly greater proportion of that admixture than dothe "X" parental samples, then it may be detected, but at low levels (or maybe not at all), since the actual level of admixture is being not fully detected since most of it is simply being considered as "X" and not as something else. For example, imagine that "X" is actually a mix of "Y" and "Z." If "Y" and "Z" but not "X" are the parental samples, then the typical "X" may be 90% "Y" and 10% "Z" and then perhaps an "admixture atavism" would be 85% "Y" and 15% "Z." But if "X" is itself the parental, so that a typical "X" tests out at close to or equal to 100% "X," then the atavistic individual may show only 5% or so "Z" - and if this falls within the range of statistical error, then it may not show up at all. But, as alluded to above, if the phenotypic genes are uncompleted uncoupled from those alleles used to estimate ancestry, then there wouldn't be any differences detected in the admixture analysis is any case.

First, it helps if one supported Trump’s candidacy rather than sitting on the sidelines or voting to hand the country to Joe Biden, so he can treat Trump supporters as domestic terrorists and kick the Great Replacement into overdrive.

In other words, send your D’Nations to Johnson and not to Spencer or Griffin.

Pouring unjust scorn on Trump looks like an attempt to cozy up with the enemies of the people. How do you expect the people to take you seriously?

What is “unjust scorn?”  Answer – anything that questions Johnson’s judgment about Trump.

But it does prove my contention that Trump could have won in 2016 on a conventional Republican platform, because that’s exactly how he won in 2020.

What a dishonest creature this Johnson is. First, if Trump had “won” in 2020 in a more convincing fashion – by running as a hardcore populist – then all of the Democrat cheating would have been for naught, and Trump’s “win” would have resulted in an actual legal victory (as in 2016).  Second, and most importantly, how can you compare an incumbent President, who had no real primary challenge (2020), to a political novice reality TV star in a primary campaign (2016) against a large group of well-funded, well-known, experienced, GOP Establishment-supported, seasoned political figures? Third, just because Trump campaigned in 2020 more as a mainstream Republican, it doesn’t change the fact that the bulk of his supporters were people left over from 2016, when he did run as a populist – and who likely felt that the 2020 version of Trump was just pandering and didn’t really mean it.

Here's the problem for Johnson and others who promote the same "Trump is sincere" narrative. I for one labeled Trump as a fraud before the 2016 election. So what did I see that others missed? If Trump is and was sincere why did I (and others, no doubt) believe otherwise? It is convenient for the likes of Johnson to ignore this fact or to just label me as "insane." Why answer, engage with, or debate, someone who is "insane?" Johnson and the other liars can pretend that everyone thought Trump was sincere in 2016 and that some disgruntled ex-supporters only recently labeled him a fraud. 

My "take" on Trump was and is that the man may have had some incoherent civic nationalist beliefs, he may have a "law and order" distaste for illegal immigration, his taste for women indicates certain racial aesthetic affinities, but he had and has no underlying fundamental ideological ideals, no foundation of firm beliefs and ideas. He certainly was never an authentic right-wing populist, never pro-White, always a socially liberal New York billionaire with Jewish family connections and Negro friends and associates. If the man had any real ideology, and real deep concerns, then why did he squander the first two years of his Presidency when he had a Republican Congress to work with?  Why did he listen to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West while ignoring his own supporters?  Indeed, why did he allow his DOJ to persecute his own supporters?

I was right. Trump, as a real right-wing populist, was and is an insincere fraud, someone who used right-wing populism to distinguish himself from his GOP primary opponents and to also distinguish himself from the globalist Clinton. In 2020, he listened to the Kushner faction, took his White support for granted, and pandered to minorities. That was at no real personal cost to him, since that was always closer to his real inclination anyway.

Goodbye, Mr. Trump. I hate to see it end this way. But you will be vindicated. You will be avenged.

Greg Johnson seems to me to be an embodiment of dishonesty, an avatar of lies.

This is the time of the year when I remember how often Der Retards of Der Right like to talk about how much they love winter, and how much the "cold and snow" "resonates with the European soul" (or at least, the "Nordic soul" - which for them is the same thing).

Interestingly, these types invariably live in the warmer climes of the American South or West, where they are, mysteriously, bereft of the Wonder of Winter that they so breathlessly inform us is their genetic birthright. Further, and also interesting and mysterious, these warmer climes they live in tend to be racially diverse, heavily non-White, coastal cities, within which they are not only horribly deprived of cold and snow, but also deprived of the "flyover country" Whites that they assert they love so much.

What sacrifices they make!

Such divisions of the race, whether territorial or ideological, serve no racial preservationist purpose, and indeed no pro-White purpose, as such divisions would be harmful to White interests by placing the White population in a much weaker position both continentally and globally vis a vis other races.

Err...dividing people based on one person's racial aesthetic preferences would have the same net effect, no?

McCulloch's latest plan is certainly an improvement over earlier versions, putting aside my disagreements over the "racial science" (sic) components of his arguments, and his obvious distaste for "common Southern European phenotypes."

So, fine. For now, let's not argue about that. But there's a deeper concern here. Given the realities of today's America, indeed, the reality of the condition of the White race worldwide, I believe there are some more immediate concerns to focus on.  Certainly, I agree, it is good to have a long-term goal (although we may differ on the details). But if we all get censored off the Internet, and if America goes the way of Europe, re: free speech, then that is all sound and fury signifying nothing. I would suggest these types read the daily litany of woe that makes up American Renaissance news stories (Taylor is sufficiently "Nordish" so I assume reading that website is allowed), and then reflect on if pontificating about the fine details of "racial phenotypes" is in any way relevant to the political reality "on the ground" in today's America.

All of these guys have been at it for decades. They talk about "winnings hearts and minds" among Whites, but they have failed to do so at every turn. Don't any of them have the self-awareness to consider the possibility that they are doing something fundamentally wrong, and that their intended audience is not buying what they are selling?  Maybe folks are not buying what I'm selling either, but I note that my access to "movement" platforms has been, ultimately, somewhat, shall we say, limited for certain reasons?  Or reason, as in the singular?

Does anyone really believe that charts of overlapping phenotypic binning, or absurd "to-the-decimal point" "estimates" of racial ancestry, produced by tests that are laughably and obviously flawed, are going to convince those who need to be convinced?  The masses of the people will simply think it weird and off-putting, and the educated minority will quickly identify and pick apart the flaws in the arguments. And, like the "Pace Amendment," it is overly complex, and for similar reasons. Obsessing over phenotype, and trying to justify why 25% non-Whites should be accepted while indigenous Europeans (potentially?) rejected, is going to lead to arbitrary, hand-waving arguments. Then, trying to use 23andMe data, in a manner rife with misinterpretation, to further justify all of this leads to an even deeper hole dug for pro-White arguments. Ignoring cultural and civilizational arguments and identities is also a problem, as is ignoring sociopolitical beliefs. Should a White ethnostate contain Muslims and Marxists, regardless of "what they look like?"  Do you want racially White anti-White political leaders, responsible for promoting The Great Replacement, in a White ethnostate?

It seems to me the ingroup should be people of Old World European ethnic background, with room for some limited number of essentially White people that may have low-level New World admixture (would anyone object to Ted Williams in a White ethnostate?). Further, these people need to be of a civilizational background that is Western or Orthodox (if you want to consider Orthodox Eastern Europe as separate from Catholic-Protestant Western Europe), and, at least, not overt political enemies of the White ethnostate. The vast majority of White Americans would fit in (most "liberal Democrat" Whites, while superficially hostile, are not deep-seated enemies), excluding some Whites who we should not want in the first place. A small minority of Hispanics - those fully or predominantly European - could fit in as long as they have a White and European identity. No need for bizarre charts or getting into decimal point ancestry estimates.

If folks are confused about what I mean by “supervised admixture analysis” here is a very simple layman’s explanation, suitable for the Nutzi crowd IQ level:

…in which some individuals are "fixed" as belonging to a particular population (100%), and the ancestral proportions of the remaining ones are estimated…This type of analysis does seem to work best when good-sized samples of the ancestral populations are available, and these populations are well-differentiated genetically.

In my opinion, the caveats for “work best” do not apply for some (all?) of the commercially available tests, and “analyses” based upon their methodology.

The “some individuals” are the parental reference samples.  It is obvious – at least to anyone with a triple digit IQ – that the choice of who is “"fixed as belonging to a particular population (100%)” for comparing to others is going to absolutely determine the results of those others. Just like we had Durocher breathlessly telling us about MENA “admixture” in Southern Europeans from a paper that used Germans being fixed as "European" (and even so, some Northern European populations were still getting low levels of MENA even when compared against Germans).

How you decide to label those ancestries will of course also result in different interpretations. If someone labels Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry as “European” and someone else labels it as “Middle Eastern” and a third person labels it simply as “Jewish” or “Ashkenazi Jewish” then the same results will be interpreted by the naïve layman in three completely different ways.

Conclusion: The consistency of consumer genetic testing is high for ancestry results within companies but lower and more variable for ancestry results across companies and for specific traits. These results raise questions about the usefulness of such testing.

Of course the within company results will be consistent for identical twins – essentially the same as testing the same person twice, with the same methods and, most importantly, the same reference populations (or lack thereof). The key finding is the lack of concordance for between company testing - this clearly demonstrates that methodology, and above all else, reference populations, used, will significantly alter results.  Sallis right once again.

Some years ago, on another of my blogs, noting the discovery of some Arabic artifacts (coins, I believe) from Viking-era Scandinavia, I speculated on the possibility of “exotic” gene flow there, for which I was attacked by another (not Durocher in this case) individual, who also claimed (to another person) that there was no gene flow from Southern to Northern Europe for “10,000 years” (or some other similarly large number).

To which I now repeat my mantra, re: Der Movement:

Wrong, wrong, they’re always, always, always, always, ALWAYS wrong.

No doubt we will soon see an updated edition of March of the Titans, with added material on admixture in Scandinavia and on multicultural Vikings.

Seriously though, both sides here are wrong. The Right has always been wrong with their sweaty fetishism and their insistence on racial purity narratives; the Left is wrong when they use the discovery of genetic outliers and low level admixture to paint a false picture of a multicultural past that somehow justifies mass immigration today – as if the odd Dago or Asiatic in Viking-era Scandinavia justifies having Swedish cities of today becoming Afro-Asiatic war zones, or to mean that indigenous Scandinavians are not a relatively homogeneous North Germanic people. Both Right and Left are dishonest about race and ethnicity.

Of course, the results of that study will be being overblown for leftist, pro-immigration political reasons. However, the bottom line is that, whatever the past influx, ethnies are genetically distinct, and Scandinavians are a distinct Northern European Germanic group.  

Scandinavians are indeed a relatively homogeneous North Germanic people. It’s just that “relatively” is not the same as Der Movement’s “absolutely.”

This goes back to my essay on the racial purity myth. The issue is not one of purity but one of distinctiveness.  Europe and non-Europe are distinct from each other; more narrowly, Northern and Southern Europe are distinct from each other; Western and Eastern Europe are distinct from each other.

Distinct does not mean hermetically sealed; it does not mean “pure.” Gene flow, within reason, is compatible with distinctiveness.  Maybe at some point, the retarded “movement” will understand this, and be able to effectively respond to leftist mendacity with respect to the leftist cry of “see, you were always multicultural."  No. A single drop of black paint dropped into a 100 gallon drum of white paint is not the same as dumping 40 gallons of black paint into that same drum.

Phenotypic Uncoupling

A small note on admixture.

I have probably written about this before, but let us consider a population A that contains low levels of "exotic" admixture from population X, from some time ago. Over the centuries, independent assortment and recombination will continuously uncouple, to a considerable extent, the association between alleles that code for X-like phenotypes and those other alleles that connote X ancestry, but which may not necessarily have any (obvious) phenotypic implications.

Now, if one were to consider large numbers of A – and certainly the population as a whole (compared to others) - there still may well be a general and approximate correlation between X ancestry and X phenotypes. But at the individual level, for individual As – or even small groups of As – the association will be to a significant extent uncoupled, so one can find an A who looks X but with less X ancestry than an A who looks more typically A, and vice versa.

Also, given the same processes of independent assortment and recombination, one would likely find individuals and families of A that have higher-than-normal concentrations of alleles encoding X phenotypic traits. This may well explain, e.g., extremely dark and strange looking Euro-swarthoids, or the Bromstad/Bjork types who look like they should be eating with chopsticks. One may also find individuals and families with more X ancestral markers and that observation may or may not be associated with, or uncoupled from, the X phenotypic alleles.

The bottom line is that with a small sample size “N” the correspondence between trace ancestry and phenotype (and let’s assume we are talking about physical appearance here) may be tenuous at best.  As “N” increases, the association may become stronger, but won’t be as perfect as it was immediately after the admixture event.

And the longer ago that event occurred, the more difficult it will be to detect, as X haplotypes are broken up, X-like genetic structure is disrupted – particularly in the cases where X traits (ancestry, phenotype) is due different allele frequencies compared to A, rather than to unique alleles (the latter case could still be detected over time, but truly unique ethnoracial alleles are relatively rare).

Now, these are the kinds of subtleties that will of course not find a home (“it’s sophistry, sophistry – although I couldn’t tell you why!”) within a “movement” that believes there is a line drawn in Europe (apparently painted on the ground) that, on one side, we find individuals and populations who are racially pure to the misty beginnings of time forever and ever amen, and, on the other side, we find individuals and populations who are cringing mongrelized subhumans.  All you have to do is step over that line and the difference is obvious – just don’t step on the line until the paint is dry or it will have to be repainted once again.

Yukio Mishima and Der Movement

It’s no surprise.

Is it any surprise that Der Movement is fascinated by Japanese author and right-wing ultranationalist Yukio Mishima?

Mishima has something to offer to many different factions of Der Movement. He was Japanese, so the HBDers love him. The Silkers not only like Mishima because of his racial background, but because Mishima’s work Kyoko’s House reflects the very essence of Silk Road White nationalism:

One can imagine the White omega male Silkers fantasizing that they are a White Osamu and that some black-booted Chinese girl with a gun (a border guard of the West!) plays the role of Kiyomi.  After all, race-tinged sexual masochism is what Silk Road White nationalism is all about.

Speaking of the sexual angle, Mishima was a homosexual (albeit one who had a wife and children while still being more or less openly gay) – note that Mishima’s self-destructive tendencies are consistent with his homosexuality (a la Forney’s analysis of homosexuality) - and as a bodybuilder no doubt titillates the gay faction of the Alt Right.  

Of course, the Traditionalists admire Mishima for his ideology (Mishima being more racially acceptable, no doubt, than Evola), and the ethnoracial fetishists can have some sort of connection to Mishima since he can pass for David Bromstad’s (more White-looking) brother – or perhaps pass as Bjork’s father.

Now, Mishima undoubtedly was an interesting person and one can have sympathy for his right-wing views and his Japanese ultra-nationalism,  But, I'm not Japanese, nor East Asian more generally, nor are all those Type I "traditionalists" foaming at the mouth over Mishima and his (over-rated) legacy. I don't know - maybe if Der Movement concentrated more on Codreanu and less on Mishima, it might learn something.  But, alas, the lure of debasing themselves before the Altar of Asia is too much - the Japanese man must have priority.  I'll note that it seems like Mishima fetishism in the "movement" rises and falls concomitantly with the interest in HBD; there's probably a cause-and-effect relationship there.

THIS MONTH marks the 50th anniversary of the publication in The American Mercury of Dr. Revilo Pendleton Oliver’s After Fifty Years, in which he assesses the near-total failure, over the previous half-century, of White Americans to keep their freedoms and their country as of the year 1969. After Fifty Years was not only an article: It was also made into a short film narrated by Dr. Oliver, made to coincide with the launch of the National Youth Alliance, predecessor organization to the National Alliance, one of the sponsors of this program. Within the next month, too, it will be 25 years — a quarter century — since we lost this great man.

Over the next few weeks, we will be introducing you to the masterful works of Revilo Oliver, and then we will be re-assessing the situation facing our people, another half-century on, under the title After 100 Years.

I do not know whether it is a coincidence or not, but, in any case, I’m gratified that, after I challenged Strom about Revilo Oliver’s After Fifty Years and what Strom’s group proposes to do to end the endless cycle of “movement” failure, this series of works are planned. Let’s see what happens.

Steve Sailer has a shtick where he likes to bring up esoteric points to demonstrate how much smarter and more informed he is compared to all us peons. One of these points was the Hispanic (Mexican) ancestry of baseball Hall-of-Famer and war hero Ted Williams, who most people probably just assume was a typical British Isles-descended White American. 

The question – was Williams' Mexican ancestry essentially White or did it have considerable New World admixture?

Note this:

Williams' paternal ancestors were a mix of Welsh and Irish. The maternal, Mexican side of Williams' family was quite diverse, having Spanish (Basque), Russian, and American Indian roots.

Putting aside the question as to whether the "Russian" ancestry was actually ethnic Russian and not Jewish, we can ask how much "American Indian roots" there were.

I prefer actual genetic assays to subjective snap judgments about ancestry based on physical appearance, for example, from photos.  However, in the absence of anyone taking a biopsy from Williams' frozen body, we will have to depend on the tried-and-true “movement” method of “look at dem dere pictures” to make a judgment on this issue.

Note that the change in racial phenotype with age shown above is not unusual; I've seen that before, particularly with individuals with discernible admixture.  It seems that different ancestries are more predominantly reflected in physical appearance at different points in a person's life.

I’m comfortable in stating that Williams’ maternal line reflected sufficient New World admixture (likely majority Amerindian admixture) to be phenotypically discernible. This background was also discernible in the young Williams, but he looked more typically “White American” as he aged. The admixture likely was not very large, but present. Given all of this, and Williams' record as a fighter pilot and war hero, would he – as a single individual - have been assimilable in a White ethnostate? I would say yes, considering that his admixture was likely at a low level and that there are White Americans who have some low level Amerindian ancestry, but issues like this should be on a case-by-case basis. What applies to the “Teddy Ballgame” case is not necessarily going to apply to most (or many) half-Mexicans who would be less assimilable for one reason or another. But some of them, certainly, may be assimilable.

Let's consider David Bromstad again.

Aged 45, the designer celebrity has mixed ethnicity as his father is of Norwegian descent and mother is of Swedish and German descent.

Gee…what happened to the “Chinese mother?”  Bromstad’s sister, by the way, has a more typical Northern European appearance, also putting the “Chinese mother” lie to rest.  Thus, the phenotype of Bromstad and his mother would most likely be the result of a combination of genes present (presumably at low levels) in the genepool of the relevant ethnicities. Bromstad inherited more than his fair share of the “eat with dem chopsticks” genes while his sister did not.

These are all good pictures for Durocher’s forthcoming Unz Review essay about East Asian/Siberian admixture in Northern Europe.

We can be confident that is forthcoming, right?  Or maybe not – after all, Durocher’s reluctance is understandable given the sensitivity of the topic. In this study we compare the genetic ancestry of individuals from two as yet genetically unstudied cultural traditions in Estonia in the context of available modern and ancient datasets: 15 from the Late Bronze Age stone-cist graves (1200–400 BC) (EstBA), and 6 from the Pre-Roman Iron Age tarand cemeteries (800/500 BC–50 AD) (EstIA). We also included 5 Pre-Roman to Roman Iron Age Ingrian (500 BC–450 AD) (IngIA) and 7 Middle Age Estonian (1200–1600 AD) (EstMA) individuals to build a dataset for studying the demographic history of the northern parts of the Eastern Baltic from the earliest layer of Mesolithic to modern times. Our findings are consistent with EstBA receiving gene flow from regions with strong Western hunter-gatherer (WHG) affinities, and EstIA from populations related to modern Siberians. The latter inference is in accordance with Y chromosome (chrY) distributions in present-day populations of the Eastern Baltic, as well as patterns of autosomal variation in the majority of the westernmost Uralic speakers [1–5]. This ancestry reached the coasts of the Baltic Sea no later than the mid-first millennium BC; i.e. in the same time window as the diversification of west Uralic/Finnic languages [6]. Furthermore, phenotypic traits often associated with modern Northern Europeans like light eyes, hair and skin as well as lactose tolerance can be traced back to the Bronze Age in the Eastern Baltic.

European population history has been shaped by migrations of people, and their subsequent admixture. Recently, ancient DNA has brought new insights into European migration events linked to the advent of agriculture, and possibly to the spread of Indo-European languages. However, little is known about the ancient population history of north-eastern Europe, in particular about populations speaking Uralic languages, such as Finns and Saami. Here we analyse ancient genomic data from 11 individuals from Finland and north-western Russia. We show that the genetic makeup of northern Europe was shaped by migrations from Siberia that began at least 3500 years ago. This Siberian ancestry was subsequently admixed into many modern populations in the region, particularly into populations speaking Uralic languages today. Additionally, we show that ancestors of modern Saami inhabited a larger territory during the Iron Age, which adds to the historical and linguistic information about the population history of Finland.

It is interesting how Der Movement Inc. sometimes comes around to a Sallis-like position on certain issues and individuals, but with a delay of weeks or months.  I remember when Merkel issued her invitation to Afro-Asiatics to invade Europe: for a long time, Sallis was hammering away at her while Der Movement was silent, overcome with fear of blasphemy for criticizing someone or something German.  Now, it’s Sessions – after months of Sallis hammering away at Antifa Jeff, with “movement” silence being deafening, finally, Spencer belatedly realizes that “America’s Senator” is a cucked fraud.  Who knows?  Maybe Rushton will be next (but I wouldn’t count on it).

The problem is that far too many White people think they are in a competition to be the most virtuous person around — to the point that pointing out “virtue signaling” has become a standard tactic on the Alt Right. When I was still teaching at a university, the competition for sainthood among White academics was a sight to behold. I vividly recall a middle-aged White professor at a faculty meeting intoning on the need to hire more non-White faculty—while not volunteering to vacate his position to speed up this process. After all, if a person is morally culpable, there is the implication that that person is blameworthy. Excuses like having different, sincerely held beliefs, no matter how well-founded, don’t have to be considered. Immorality implies malicious intentions.

Cost-free virtue signaling is a sickness of White people who are already plugged into the system—particularly baby boomers who have benefited from the golden age of the American economy since the 1950s. Younger Whites, especially White men, who aspire to such positions are realizing that the system is stacked against them: Party identification among Millennials shows a steep upward trend Around half of white men (and white women) in this age group believe that discrimination against Whites is as significant as discrimination against other groups.

Moralistic arguments have been very effective. As someone with considerable experience in the academic world, I can attest to feeling like a wayward heretic back in seventeenth-century Massachusetts when I was confronted by academic thought police, egged on to a fever pitch by a visit from the $PLC’s Heidi Beirich. It’s the moral fervor of these people that stands out. The academic world has become a Puritan congregation of stifling thought control, enforced by moralistic condemnations that a seventeenth-century Puritan minister could scarcely surpass. In my experience, this thought control is far worse in the East coast colleges and universities founded by the Puritans than elsewhere in academia—a fitting reminder of the continuing presence of Puritan moralism in American life. Unfortunately, academia is a top-down institution, so this utopian moralism filters down from elite East Coast universities to the rest of academia.

Yet, it’s the Southern and Eastern Europeans who are the real problem, right?  If only the Reed-Johnson Act had been retroactive!

Actually, given that certain precincts of the “movement” – especially the gamesters and the musclemen – are enamored of the concept of hormesis, perhaps we can consider the impure, cringing subhumans of Southern and Eastern Europe to be a type of hormesis in the European racial-cultural organism.  Those peoples and their characteristics, their “impurity” (unclean! unclean! – see below), and the “race memory” they have of past invasions and suffering at the hands of aliens (consider the “Tatar Yoke” in Russia as one example), makes them relatively – not absolutely as the “high trust hunter gatherer” memes would suggest – more resistant to behaving like altruistic-punishment Puritans, or like hysterical Swedesses who delay flights to “save” Afghan invaders.
