This is a defining moment for the broader Right, extending even people like Tucker Carlson. The Right cannot allow itself to be silenced about the TRUTH about The Great Replacement. Race and demographics are THE MOST IMPORTANT issues of our time. Indeed, the Right needs to "double down" on the facts about (intentional) demographic change. To achieve this, we need spokesmen who are sane, articulate, and intelligent - who make a good impression and are persuasive. There is no one in Der Movement or the Alt Rite who fit the bill.

See this. The Left is claiming that their Disinformation Board was targeted by disinformation from Republicans and the Right in general, who spread the "disinformation" that the board would itself target American political speech, instead of focusing on "foreign actors." But wait - if the Left claims that American political opposition to the Board is "disinformation" then doesn't that prove the point of that opposition that the Board would indeed label American right-wing opinion as "disinformation?" Are they so contemptuous of us that they thought we wouldn't notice that blatant mendacity and hypocrisy?

Ignorant and misleading. Different species can produce offspring in some cases. While members of the same species always have to be able to (potentially) produce offspring, it is not true that members of different species are always excluded from producing offspring.

It gets funnier:

Shhh...the reality that dogs can interbreed with wolves, coyotes, and jackals is not recognized by the hobbit hole crew. I thought it was common knowledge that most canids (excepting, e.g., foxes) can interbreed. I should have known better.

I remember a time not too long ago when denying simple biological facts was the exclusive domain of leftists.

And the domain of ignorant retards like Jim Goad. Hey, Jimmy, members of different canid species CAN interbreed.  Lions and tigers CAN interbreed.  YOU are the one “denying simple biological facts,” you moronic self-righteous asshole.

Reproductive isolation cannot be used as a criterion for defining species based on how species are currently classified. Now, true enough, species classification - based on, say, morphological, behavioral, and/or genetic differences - is somewhat arbitrary. While differences between organism types are real, where we draw the line is in large part a human invention.

Thus, in theory, you could, if you desired, define species by reproductive isolation. If you do so, then dogs, wolves, coyotes are all the same species, and lions and tigers are the same species.  Indeed, all "different species" capable of producing "hybrid offspring" - or at least fertile offspring - would be the "same species."

The problem with that definition is that it lumps together animals that are truly distinct. No one would ever mistake a lion for a tiger, or vice versa. If defining species based on reproductive compatibility produces classifications that ignore fundamental and important morphological, behavioral, and/or genetic differences, then that is a lousy definition (regardless of how popular it may be among laymen).

Once we have set high thresholds for entry, and floors below which people cannot sink, we still have to think about ceilings. We don’t want them. We don’t want any upper limits on the evolution of our movement. This is why we need to be quite wary of would-be leaders, because someone who relishes the role of leader a bit too much will want to surround himself with inferiors—flatterers and flunkies—and try to run off genuinely superior people who might challenge his status. I started watching The Many Saints of Newark Sopranos movie to see it if was as bad as Franzese said. Within the first opening scenes, we see Italian-Americans acting like buffoons, non-White actors playing Italians, and a Tarantino-like reference to Sicilians having "black blood." I think I will spare myself further wasting of my time, agree that Franzese is correct, and invest my time to better pursuits. I'll say one thing - for an allegedly Outer Hajnal ethnocentric people, wops really like making movies that humiliate themselves. It's almost as if - who knows? - the HBD Nordicists are just full of shit.

Note also - just like Northern Italians attack Southerners to ingratiate themselves with Nords, there is a tendency for some mainland Southern Italians to similarly attack Sicilians (and Sardinians too I suppose). True that other groups also have their intra-ethnic tensions, but it seems to me that only Italians make a public comedy over it for the amusement of outsiders. Chase, Tarantino, Conte - whether full bloods or hybrids with other ethnicities - this attitude is present. Wops have no ethnic cohesion when presenting themselves to others and then they wonder why they are treated with contempt.

The following analogy will help to illustrate the behavior of the Quota Queens. Imagine two soldiers in the same army regiment in WWI - A (representing the Quota Queens) and B (representing people like me). After several years of fighting together in the trenches against the enemy, A suddenly turns to B and says, "I now consider you to be part of the enemy" and trains his rifle at B. B naturally objects and defends himself, to which A declares that B is "insane and paranoid" and A laments having to be "slumming it" in the trenches with the likes of B.

The lack of self-awareness comes I think from the attitudes so clearly revealed in that remarkable Eloi-Morlocks post at Counter-Currents (if I wrote something like that as a parody of "movement" attitudes, that would be considered more evidence of my "insanity" and "paranoia." Like a flash of lightning illuminating a dark landscape, that piece neatly summarizes the smug sense of superiority these types have. All you runty Morlocks had better be grateful that the elegant Eloi deigned to slum it to associate with the likes of you!

In my opinion, only a person with contempt for Italians would have written the Eloi-Morlocks piece, and only a person with contempt for Italians would have run it on their site.

Gab was blocking EGI Notes again as of 4/28/22. Linkage was then restored and the problem blamed on "bots."  Color me skeptical.

Gab's Free speech?

What really happened?

On 3/27/22, Gab moderaters were blocking anyone posting links from EGI Notes (blogspot version). This was done without any warning or explanation. I submitted a complaint, as this blog does not violate any of Gab's "terms of service." I did not receive any reply or explanation of any kind, but later that day linking to this blog again became possible. What happened?  As I get no input, who knows? How is Gab any different from Twitter or any of the other mainstream social media with their heavy-handed, mysterious, and user-unfriendly moderation?  You'd think that a bastion of "free speech" would be more transparent about their moderation decisions.

A question is who was it who complained to Gab about EGI Notes? The facts of the case must be determined.. This incident will not be forgotten. Count on it.

A more general lesson is that dissidents cannot depend on anyone, including self-styled "champions of free speech," to guarantee access to a public forum. In the absence of free speech law governing private entities, we are all at the mercy of those whose commitment to free expression is, at best, questionable.

• I demand the fundamental human right of freedom of expression.  If that means I offend you, then that is just too bad.
• I demand the fundamental human right of freedom of association. If that means I exclude you, then that is just too bad.
• I demand the fundamental human right to pursue the truth. If the truth, for example the truth about race, makes you uncomfortable, then that is just too bad.
• I demand the right to live my life the way I see fit, without suffering in the prison of a police state designed so that you and your kind can live without ever getting offended, without ever having to suffer the consequences of your own limitations and deficiencies, and without ever having to take responsibility for your own failures. If you object, then that is just too bad.
• I demand freedom from you and your kind, freedom from your endless demands, and freedom from the endless problems you all create. If you cannot make it on your own, then that is just too bad.

White Americans have already suffered erosion of their basic human rights in order to placate the likes of you, and enough is enough. If we have such fundamentally different views of society, then why not separate? Why must we live in the same polity? If you really believe your assertions about the absolute equality of the races, then, certainly, Blacks like you can create and maintain a wonderful society completely independent of Whites like me. But, alas, you really don’t believe that, do you?

Just admit the obvious.

Right-Wing Populist Agenda

New laws.

What are the sort of things that should be on the agenda of right-wing populists running for office, and those who are elected?  Yes, we all expect opposition to illegal immigration and to endless “legal” immigration, opposition to “critical race theory” and “woke” culture, a protectionist economic policy and a concern for working class and middle class Americans, overturning “civil rights” laws, eliminating affirmative action, crackdown on crime, dealing with the biased media and social media, dealing with leftist bias in academia, promoting a social safety net for American citizens (and not for illegal aliens), opposition to China, etc. What if the right-wing populist is sympathetic to right-wing dissidents – as they should (indeed, must) be – what additional proposals should they put forward to protect right-wing dissident political and metapolitical activity?

I fully understand that there would be incredible resistance to these reforms. Nevertheless, it is still worth trying, not only for the enormous benefits for dissent activism in the case of success, but even the process itself would be useful for purposes of enlightenment, propaganda, recruitment, etc. The Left should be forced to defend lawfare, unfair policing, suppression of free speech, etc. Further, until such time that these reforms are implemented, they would constitute an important and attractive part of any right-wing populist political campaign.

I also understand that any law is effective only insofar as it is (fairly) enforced, and even if these reforms are actualized, there would be resistance and attempts to evade them in both spirit and letter, and to overturn them. The struggle is eternal; that is no reason not to engage in struggle.

Finally, I understand that these are complex issues, and to formulate these reforms without abrogating freedom of speech and freedom of association rights in other contexts will not be simple. I am not outlining any detailed description of the reforms - that is up to politicians, lawyers, etc. – those who are on the side of the angels, so to speak.  I am simply outlining in broad terms what should be done.

First and foremost, the Political Opinion Protection Act must be put into law. Freedom of expression must be protected from suppression from private actors, while at the same time protecting freedom of association. There are already laws on the books in some US states that at least partially protect employment rights with respect to political expression (and by further extension, there are labor laws that protect the rights of workers to comment on the workplace, which could encompass political commentary – e.g., opposing “diversity training” and engaging in any other “concerted activity”).

In general, social pricing needs to be opposed to the extent possible, again without undue infringement on freedom of association.

Lawfare - using and abusing the legal system to harass, punish, silence, and intimidate people because off their political beliefs, free speech, or other inappropriate reasons, and/or to deter others from exercising their rights for fear of suffering the same fate - needs to be made illegal. Anti-SLAPP laws can be modified and extended to cover instances where (typically right-wing) political dissidents are targeted in this manner.

Doxing also should be criminalized, and already existing anti-harassment and anti-stalking laws can be modified and extended for this purpose.

Biased policing and prosecutorial discretion also needs to be repressed, especially when it is done for political purposes. We all know the drill – violent Antifa/BLM are either not arrested, regardless of what they do, or if they are arrested, they are not prosecuted or they are given a slap on the wrist. On the other hand, if a rightist merely defends himself against leftist attacks, or simply sneezes within 50 feet of a “person of color,” then they are arrested, prosecuted, called a “domestic terrorist,” etc. There needs to be detailed accountability with respect to politically biased policing and prosecution, and this needs to be carefully codified into law. Part of this is the obligation of local, state, and the federal government to protect freedom of assembly for all lawful gatherings, and not to collaborate with leftist thugs, and/or participate in lawfare and other harassment, to prevent or shut down right-wing speeches, rallies, and other gatherings.

And, to say the least, if colored criminal gang violence is going to be excused, and not prosecuted because they are “mutual combatants,” then do the same the next time right-wing dissidents defend themselves from leftist attacks. You can’t have it both ways.

Related to the above, the “weaponizing” of the FBI, IRS, or any other government institution to suppress lawful political dissent should be criminalized.  Politically biased labelling of people as “domestic terrorists” (as mentioned above), audits and investigations, etc. need to show accountability. There needs to be oversight, and strict enforcement of non-biased use or non-use of government resources with respect to political dissent.

Other things can be thought of – the underlying idea is to eliminate, to the extent possible, social pricing, government intimidation and harassment, lawfare, etc., so as to create a freer, more open marketplace of ideas for (right-wing) dissidents. That would make activity leading to Suvorov's Law more possible.

What’s the Idea?

What is America?

We are told that America is not defined by a core racial or ethnic group but is instead defined by an idea. We are told that Americans are not a particular ancestry group but people who agree with this idea.

Putting aside the laughable assertion that all of the competing groups in America actually agree on anything fundamental, we can ask a more basic question – what’s the idea?  What actually IS the idea that defines America?  Can anyone tell me?

Freedom? The current USA is defined by a social control apparatus that commands human behavior via myriad de jure and de facto mechanisms in order to manage the chaos of diversity and multiculturalism. We have numerous civil rights laws (de jure) and an endless array (de facto) of social pricing controls, as well as government-corporate cooperation, all in order to stifle dissent, particularly dissent from the disappearing White majority. Freedom of association does not exist, freedom of speech is being constantly eroded – what is this freedom? Where is this freedom?  It is all a lie; it is all a mirage.

Making a better life? Is that the idea? “The American Dream?” The current American ideology is one of “equity” – enforced equal outcomes, reducing all to the lowest common denominator. The American industrial economy has been outsourced to China and elsewhere, the remaining “economy” is a Ponzi scheme of shuffling money around, the middle class is in decline and income inequality constantly increases (likely a reason the elites, who benefit from this income inequality, push the “equity” nonsense to attack the White middle class/working class that they hate, and whose response to income inequality they fear), and Americans have become a herd of overweight, drug-addicted, dumb, cowardly sheep.

Democracy? We have a System that is essentially an oligarchy, with a suppressed and oppressed White majority, and when the people elect a President (who ends up being a lazy, useless, good-for-nothing) that the elites do not like, the elites conspire against him, and “our” military essentially behaves as if they want to have a coup, and plot treason with foreign governments.

Tolerance? The System is intolerant of Whites, White Identity, and pro-White activism; indeed, the System is defined by its totalitarian intolerance. Treating everyone fairly, everyone treated the same - equality?  No, Whites are a subaltern untouchable under-caste; the whole "equity" paradigm implies treated people non-equally, giving advantages to non-Whites. A half-century of affirmative action disadvantaging White men for the benefit of everyone else apparently hasn't been enough, now the System is really going to show us how to discriminate against Whites, particularly against White men.

So – what’s the idea?  What is the defining idea of America?

Answer: The United States of America is nothing more or less than a group of (mostly fat and stupid) disparate peoples living together in the same territory under the same government, ruled by self-interested, rent-seeking elites who are fearful of losing their hold over a disintegrating nation.

Bad news.

“Movement” “leaders” like Johnson need to peddle false optimism, because if his followers get too discouraged, then the “D’Nations” will dry up. Further, an honest appraisal of the sad state of today’s “movement” would lead to calls for accountability for the failed Quota Queens and their inept “leadership,” and we can’t have that! No sir! So, he’ll take a few (alleged) comments from readers, which do not get to the real problems and manifest failures of the “movement” (that I cover at EGI Notes on a regular basis), and then knocks down these strawmen. Another transparently mendacious performance from Gaslighting Greg.

The fact is that whatever good that has been happening - and it's not much - has been in despite of, not because of, the retarded "movement" and its inept affirmative action "leaders." The chaos and balkanization from Trump and the growth of right-wing populism in some precincts of the "normie" Right has been somewhat helpful. I suppose that some Whites are being modestly "radicalized" to the Right as a reaction to BLM, CRT, "wokeness," etc. But those are political and social currents for the most part not directly connected to the "movement." If Der Movement had done the right thing during the Trump years, such as quietly building in depth behind the scenes, it would be better positioned to take advantage of all that is going on today. But, no. The Beavis-and-Butthead Alt Right stupidly "acted out," and the remaining "leaders" and their sycophants are useless freakshows and grifters. The reality is that, considering so-called "White well-being," the "normie" pushback against "wokeness" - including that from traditional liberals and former "democratic socialists" - has been more useful, by far, than "movement" antics.

I believe that the reality is somewhere in between the mainstream narrative and the links above. On the one hand, where there’s smoke there’s fire; the reputation of Italian military ineptness has some basis in fact. On the other hand, that reputation has been over-inflated and taken out of context. Consider WWII. Allied with Germany and very poorly equipped, the Italian military lasted in the field for ~ three years before surrender.  In contrast, allied with the British Empire and much better equipped, the French military lasted in the field for ~ six weeks before surrender. And just because the French were allowed, for political reasons, to piggyback on D-Day, and ended up on the winning side, does not excuse the complete catastrophe of 1940. The French have a certain military reputation over the last 150 years that cannot be ignored.  Not everyone is as militarily efficient as, say, Germany used to be. Is that criticism of the French also over-inflated and taken out of context?  Perhaps.  But what goes around comes around. Every ethny should be held to the same standards.

Democratic multiculturalism.

Let’s consider Salter’s democratic multiculturalism (here reference to the Australia case, but applicable everywhere):

A promising strategy is to advocate “democratic multiculturalism”, in which the subaltern majority mobilises to demand group rights in the same way that minorities do. The majority is disadvantaged because, far from being treated as a client by the cosmopolitan elite, it is viewed as the main enemy. Nevertheless, agitating for democratic multiculturalism should yield positive results because the identity politics used to mobilise minorities will also work to some extent with Anglos, more so when their level of discomfort rises. That time is now because the dysfunctions of diversity are already impacting the majority. In the large cities the Anglo middle class is under pressure. Crime increasingly comes from immigrant and indigenous minorities. Whole neighbourhoods have been alienated from the nation. The professional class is rapidly diversifying. At the same time affirmative discrimination targets white males. The traditional working class is abandoned by a Labor Party in thrall to organised ethnic and lifestyle minorities, and the largely Anglo regional areas have been abandoned by a hopelessly liberalised National Party.

Democratic multiculturalism promises to be a powerful strategy if feedback is successfully channeled between electoral and cultural activists. Electoral success can provide resources and growing legislative power. Cultural products can arouse identity and thus prime a growing constituency to vote for identitarian parties. By raising national identity and mobilisation the strategy stands to provide a rear-guard. New parties and activist groups are slowing and blunting multicultural policies such as open borders and the criminalisation of Anglo resistance. The effect of the strategy would be to lay the groundwork for the democratic repossession of the state (federal and state governments). State power can do good and bad. Instead of pulling down the nation and suppressing free speech, government can be used to reverse the destruction and protect civil liberties. Government can consolidate majority support by reforming school curricula and defunding corrupt universities, withdrawing state support from hostile elements of multiculturalism, promoting positive multiculturalism – ethnocentric affirmation of identities instead of vilification of Anglo Australia – and reforming public broadcasting to replace leftist and multicultural bias with high journalistic and cultural standards.

The doctrine of democratic multiculturalism provides a Plan B that can grow alongside and support the Plan A of liberal and ethnic nationalist strategies while giving people a workable way of life in coping with the diversity inflicted by a hostile political class.

Unfortunately, Der Movement perceives demographic conflict through a dramatic Turner Diaries-style lens of Der Tag warfare; for example, from a StoneToss comments thread:

These kind of comparisons fail because it fails to consider that we are presently being genocided by an enemy who has made it clear anything or anywhere for whites to have to ourselves is not something they'll ever tolerate.

In contrast, what these people should be looking at as a model is the collapse of the Soviet Union and the collapse of communism in Eastern Europe. Rather than pitched battles, people should think more about the spread of cynicism, anger, bitterness, and despair, as well as the White population’s withdrawal of consent to be governed. Think: Passive aggression rather than aggression. The military? One possibility: Low morale, mystery meat incompetents, transgenders, pregnant women, etc. in the ranks; in addition, consider the possibilities of political division, and possibly being humbled in a foreign military conflict. America as a whole: Economic decline, inter-group hatred, leading to chaos and balkanization. What’s required is the long and hard work of legal and peaceful politics and metapolitics to heighten the contradictions, so as to make the house of cards more and more and more unstable, and democratic multiculturalism can be part of this approach.

Thus, the techniques of democratic multiculturalism are relevant here; democratic multiculturalism can work. It has an advantage not cited by Salter – Suvorov’s Law, which notes that in history revolutions (of whatever kind) typically do not happen during the time of greatest repression, but when that repression is suddenly relaxed.  Thus, ultimately, worse is not better; worse is worse and better is better. By pressuring the System to make concessions, democratic multiculturalism can start the process of relaxing the repression. Now, it is true that today things do not look very propitious for this; the System is hell-bent on more and more and more repression, and doesn’t seem ready for any concessions whatsoever. The System seems to have a conscious or subconscious understanding of Suvorov’s Law and avoids concession and doubles down on repression. 

But there is still room to maneuver here. At Smith, she called out people who used the word lame. ‘That kind of language policing, I participated in it,’ she told me.

What is more important to Johnson I wonder?  His hatred of Spencer or his self-serving need to defend the affirmative action policy? Really, it is no surprise that inept Quota Queen Johnson wants to recruit the equally inept Quota Queen Roissy to the Counter-Currents sewer.  All of these AFFIRMATIVE ACTION types stick together, ignoring each other’s piss-poor judgment, endless errors, gaffes, miscalls, and general stupidity. Yes, I will vote for Trump, for my own reasons, but I have always been realistic about the man – he is a fraud and a buffoon who has been spitting in the face of his base for the past four years. The lack of judgment in Der Movement, including and especially about Trump, is surely extremely disturbing.

And for those of you who think that I am too critical of McCulloch (as a long time critic of his work), let us see what a supporter of McCulloch writes (emphasis added):

This is serious.  And what with the social media censorship of rightist politicians in America, I need to re-think the electoral politics angle.  I still say it is important, but there are serious problems that need to be addressed.  This is why we need a Far Right think tank – as opposed to Quota Queen stupidity.  We really need high level actualizable analysis to sort through the issues we now face. I'll need to do some analysis on this topic. But, for now, it's probably a good idea for politicians, particularly those in authoritarian anti-White Europe, notto use "1488" memes.

True Freedom

Some considerations.

What is True Freedom?  The conservative view – property rights.  Libertarians – do whatever you please, with an emphasis on hedonistic debauchery, and with no moral judgments. The Leftist view for Whites – pathological self-sacrifice for the Other. The Leftist view for non-Whites – pursuit of group interests, tempered by personal authenticity.  It would seem that the latter, if applied to Whites, would be a good starting point.

Let us consider together.  Is True Freedom found in a selfish pursuit of personal wealth, an accumulation of property?  By “I got mine, Jack?” By self-destructive hedonism?  By betraying your race and culture? The freedom to spread disease and harm your fellow Whites?  What if we consider biologically adaptive behavior?  The good of one’s people?  Moral, ethical, and aesthetic values – of course from a Far Right perspective, which is the perspective of this blog, but one that objectively defends and promotes ultimate (i.e., genetic) interests?  What then?  Are there truths greater than that of atomized individuals, colliding like gas molecules, each with separate interests that they selfishly attempt to maximize at the expense of their fellows (and by fellows, I mean co-ethnics,” ethnic” as in “ethny”)?  What is the freedom of one’s authentic self, rooted in a raciocultultural community, and with debts to one’s ancestors and obligations to one’s posterity?

The siren song of atomized individualism has been selling you a false set of goods   Humans are social animals. The problems of “bowling alone” show us the importance of a specific community; genetic interests, genetic similarity theory, and cultural compatibility tell us what that specific community should be for each of us.  Identity cannot be ignored.  And at a purely personal level, freedom is found in overcoming, not as being a slave to hedonistic desires. The Overman is truly free; the Last Man is not.

Thus, true freedom is not found in the hedonistic pursuit of personal pleasures, not in the sort of: individualist delights that are the focus of the libertarians.  Ultimately, true freedom means the right to pursue and defend one’s genetic interests, the freedom to be an authentic self, and the freedom to situate oneself in the milieu of a racial-cultural community.

In this sense, the most important individual freedoms are those that allow one to pursue those higher objectives, these being the core values of freedom of expression (“free speech”) as well as freedom of association.  If one is denied those fundamental rights, if one is denied the expression of one’s raciocultural identity, if one is denied the right to became an integrated part of an authentic community, if one is denied the right to strive for higher values, if one is denied defense of genetic interests at all levels, including that of ethny, then what use is there for the freedom to view pornography, or engage in deviant sex, or make money in the stock market, or to buy the latest car or other gadget, or to watch the ballgame?  Bread and circus “freedoms” are the crumbs handed out by the System, and it are those valued by libertarians, but that is not the freedom of men of honor, it is not the freedom of the Faustian impulse, it is not the freedom of the adaptive-minded, and it is not the freedom of truly free men. It is fool’s gold, it is false freedom, and it is the thirty pieces of silver payoff to encourage Men of the West to turn away from being free to do what is right. Freedom to do evil, and the lack of freedom to resist evil, is not the sort of faux-freedom we should strive for.  

How do the various System ideologies handle these freedoms?  The Left allows freedom of expression and freedom of association only for non-Whites, and never for Whites. Paleoconservatives – a dying breed – would support those rights, to an extent at least, but neoconservatives definitely would not.  The Republican Establishment gave up on freedom of association when Eisenhower enforced school integration at bayonet point, and do you think the GOP has any strong support for freedom of expression?  Look at the situation for Whites today, lacking both freedoms - association denied de jure and expression denied  de facto and possibly soon to be de jure. Libertarians to their credit would in theory support these freedoms, but would not consider them any more important than the right to pedophilia, vulture capitalism, or any varied deviances and hedonisms. A strong and consistent and vigorous defense - and expansion - of these rights will not come from aging paleoconservatives, or from their civic nationalist brethren, who may sacrifice rights for a “strong colorblind America.”  Only a principled Far Right can be expected to champion these rights for Whites.

I agree with Bowery that freedom of association is more fundamental than, and prior to, freedom of expression. Consider the following.  It is possible to have absolute freedom of expression without freedom of association.  Thus, for example, a polity forces you to integrate with Negroes, but gives you the absolute right to complain about it and criticize the policy. Now, what about the opposite?  If you have absolute freedom of association, then you can choose to associate with, and form a polity with, only those who share your free speech views, ensuring full freedom of expression.  From this, we can derive freedom of association as a fundamental foundation of True Freedom, which we can define as:

The freedom to pursue what you believe is to be right, at all levels of human interaction (self-family-ethny-humanity), in the context of freedom of association.

That can, if you choose, include conservative “property rights” and libertarian “behavioral rights,” but, more importantly, allows you to strategize for genetic interests (including EGI), allows for defense of race and civilization, and allows you to situate your authentic existence as part of a “folk community” – the organic solidarity of a defined Race-Culture.

Isn’t that more important than “capital gains tax cuts” or “legal marijuana” or any other alleged “freedom” peddled by the Right and Left Establishment?

What does it tell us that this True Freedom is denied to Whites the world over, with less and less freedom, including that of expression and association, for us with each passing day?

Aren’t Whites – uniquely among all of the Earth’s populations - being stripped of the most basic, the most fundamental, rights that define a truly free individual?

What should we do about this situation?

Put simply, the regulations require public institutions of higher education to do what they are already obligated to do: protect the First Amendment rights of their students.

The new regulations also require from private institutions what many courts already require: that the institutions comply with their stated institutional policies regarding freedom of speech and academic freedom. If a court finds that a private institution violated its policies, it risks losing access to Department of Education grants.

Under the new rules, religious student organizations must also have equal access to the benefits colleges afford to recognized secular organizations. This means that public institutions of education may no longer discriminate against religious student organizations by denying them access to campus facilities or student fee money available to secular student organizations “because of the religious student organization’s beliefs, practices, policies, speech, membership standards, or leadership standards, which are informed by sincerely held religious beliefs.”

“Too many institutions violate student and faculty free speech rights as a matter of course,” said FIRE Legislative and Policy Director Joe Cohn. “Hopefully, the additional risk of losing federal grant money will encourage them to rethink their practices.” 

FIRE is cautiously optimistic about the new regulations, which have the potential to incentivize institutional respect for and attention to core civil liberties. However, these regulations are not without risk. Because institutions risk losing access to federal grants if they lose a First Amendment lawsuit, there is a possibility that institutions will change the way they litigate those lawsuits. It may also affect the way judges decide First Amendment cases, knowing that large federal grants may be at stake.

“It is not too much to ask of our nation’s colleges and universities that they follow the First Amendment or keep their own free speech promises if they wish to receive federal grant money,” said FIRE Executive Director Robert Shibley. “As always, FIRE stands ready to assist any institution wishing to join those who already ensure that their policies protect free speech.”

A New Constitutional Amendment

And other news.

In response to the Negro lunacy described here - an “anti-racism” constitutional amendment that would require a radical interpretation of the First Amendment, making that leading article of the Bill of Rights meaningless - I propose my own constitutional amendment.

This new constitutional amendment would have two parts.  First, it would make my proposal of the Political Opinion Protection Act (POPA) part of the US Constitution. Hence (clause one):

Political and social opinions, beliefs, and ideologies, and the adherence and promotion thereof, now define a protected class of individuals, against whom business and institutions, private or public, cannot discriminate in employment or in the provision of services.  The only exception is where the opinions, beliefs, and ideologies are directly and overtly incompatible with the core mission of the business or institution.

That can be worded better by constitutional lawyers so as to optimally clarify the "core mission" exception and to be optimally compatible with clause two (below). Clause one would extend the First Amendment from the purely governmental public sphere to the private sphere, essentially moving in the opposite direction of the aforementioned Negro lunacy.  If you read the initial POPA post, linked to above, you will see a careful definition of what is, and what is not, a "core mission." The balance between free speech and free association needs to be carefully maintained.

To further move in this opposite of the Negro lunacy, and to clarify issues relating POPA to freedom of association, the second part (clause two) of the new constitutional amendment would focus on extending freedom of association, just as the first part extends freedom of speech.

Thus (clause two):

No law shall be enforced that restricts freedom of association in any way whatsoever, with the exception that freedom of association will not be construed to violate the free speech rights as defined in clause one, with the "core mission" exceptions of clause one, which are consistent with clause two, clearly defined.

Again, it can be better worded; I am here merely expressing the underlying objective. Thus, the two clauses need to be carefully defined so that there is absolute freedom of speech except where that interferes with a narrowly defined area of freedom of association, and that there is absolute freedom of association except where such violates free speech, the proviso being that there are narrow exceptions where freedom of association trumps free speech.

In this sense, freedom of association is at a higher level than free speech, but only in narrowly defined circumstances where the freedom of association is an inherent property ("core mission") of the entity that asserts the primacy of free association.  Again, this all needs to be formulated in such a way that the Left does not use each clause to violate the other.  The two clauses need to be complimentary, not antagonistic.

The main objective is broaden and extend freedom, striking a balance between expanded freedom of speech and expanded freedom of association, and negotiating the boundaries where the two expanded freedoms may come into conflict. In a so-called “democracy," freedom should be protected and, when in doubt, expanded. Totalitarian thought control is incompatible with the West, which is why it is so popular among those whose backgrounds are outside of our civilization.

It needs to be said as well that the action of Jack Dorsey in supporting the Negro lunacy is a perfect example of “woke capital” and its corrosive power in modern society.  In my opinion, according to my standards, Dorsey is a monster.

Re-read this. Let’s consider the relatively recent (past 25 years or so) history of Jews in Der Movement:

• Promoting a multiracial “White separatist state” that not only includes Jews, but also “Asians and others” – essentially all groups except for Blacks. The Jewish individual who promoted this now says we should not have any sort of “White state” - we must now also include “conservative Blacks.”
• The “racial status quo” of around 15 years ago was the best we can have and we should support the racial status quo of a multiracial society, including affirmative action and other anti-White policies.
• Racial preservationism for its own sake is insane. We can only preserve groups based on a hierarchy of traits.
• We should support HBD instead of kinship-based racialism, concentrated on “high IQ” that privileges Jews and Asians.
• Mass alien immigration, particularly Hispanic immigration, is not a problem; indeed, we should welcome Hispanic immigration.
• Northeast Asians are genetically more similar to Europeans than to Southeast Asians - an absurd falsehood already disproven by population genetics at the time it was written.
• I also suspect that the person who told Derbyshire that Amren conference attendees are “latrine flies” was also a Jew (likely one of the above), although unfortunately I have no evidence to support that hypothesis.
• And now we have the "Furlong" mendacity discussed here recently.

Jews have an instinctive tropism toward always supporting diversity and multiracialism, even within the scope of Far Right activism.  Jews have an instinctive aversion to homogeneous White societies; while for us a White ethnostate is a dream, for Jews it is a nightmare.  The reason is obvious – Jews are a different people with different interests, compared to European-derived Whites. Jews have a “racial memory” of “persecution” in all-White societies and they will never be comfortable in such societies and they will always attempt to subvert White homogeneity. Should such a people, with a millennia-long history of nation-wrecking, be given free access to the “movement?”

I essentially agree with this analysis, a mostly astute “take-down” of Johnson’s moronic petty nationalism; however, if the author of this piece is the same idiot shilling for “civic nationalism” and “high IQ immigration” on Twitter, then he’s just as bad as Johnson is.
