Understanding the problem. Read this. I’ve been critical of Amren and also critical of the “movement’s” tin cup handling.  However, I strongly support Amren’s legal endeavors as described in the link, and I support activists contributing funding for these endeavors.  However, these endeavors, and writing and talking about them, is only a short term solution, only a superficial approach to the problem. It only deals with the surface manifestation of the underlying problem, it only attempts to deal with the end-of-the-line of a long thread that can be traced back to the ultimate cause of why groups like Amren are faced with suppression, deplatforming, and withdrawal of their basic constitutional rights.
